An evening dedicated to the memory of the national architect of the USSR, an honorary professor of S. Toraighyrov PSU Kaldybay Zhumagaliyevich Montahayev (1950-2008) was held at Pavlodar State University.

The traditional Toraighyrov readings were held for the ninth time at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University. The international conference began its work under the auspices of the "Rukhani zhangyru"state program.
