• Ensured 100% implementation of the educational-methodological work plan as per Toraighyrov University publishing.

• Prepared for the introduction of distance learning technologies into the educational process, with 100% of case studies developed in Kazakh and Russian.

• Fourteen educational programs passed accreditation for five years.

2. Educational-Methodological Work

The faculty leads the regional education market in training quality.

• Academic staff annually complete professional development courses.
• They develop educational materials and prepare students for competitions and Olympiads.

Extracurricular Activities:
100% of planned events aimed at fostering civic and patriotic consciousness, holistic personal development, and promoting healthy lifestyles were implemented.

3. Scientific Work

In 2023:

• Alexander Sergeyevich Barukin, Associate Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, PhD, received the title "Best University Teacher."
• Baurzhan Erboluly Mashrapov won the national competition "Best Scientific Employee."

Other awards and achievements:

• Professors Mark Yakovlevich Kletsel and Baurzhan Erboluly Mashrapov received the title "Best Scientist of Toraighyrov University."
• Alexander Sergeyevich Barukin won the "Shapagat-2023" national invention competition.

New Initiatives in 2024:

• Opened a branch of the Department of Thermal Power Engineering at Aksu GRES-V.

Research Projects (Postgraduate and Doctoral):

• Development of algorithms for solar-wind power plant operation (Leader: Sagyndyk A.B.).
• Improving protection for single-phase transformers and short lines in ore processing considering non-linearity (Leader: Rakhimberdinova D.M.).
• Development of protective systems for three-phase transformers against winding faults (Leader: Kolesnikov E.N.).
• Resource-efficient relay protection for power station components (Leader: Mashrapov B.E.).
• Energy-saving and globally competitive relay protection systems (Leader: Isabekov D.D.).

4. Student Research (SRW)

In 2024, students from the Department of Thermal Power Engineering won the national student research competition (Supervisor: Professor Prikhodko E.V.).
Faculty of Energy students actively participate in international scientific-practical conferences and research projects.
