Irina Kharitonovich

She was born on June 8, 1984 in the village of Bogatyr, Uspenka area, Pavlodar region. She finished Bogatyr secondary school with honors (1990-2001). In 2001, she won a state educational grant and entered an undergraduate program in Economics at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University. She graduated with honors in 2005. She took part in international, national and regional theoretical and practical conferences where she won prizes. She has publications in the proceedings of conferences held in Pavlodar, Astana, Karagandy and Almaty. She participated in the projects under the Prometheus program.

She entered a Bachelor's degree program in Jurisprudence at KazHLU in 2007 and graduated with honors in 2008.

She began her career in May of 2005 at Kazenergokabel JSC, made a long way from an accountant to the Head of the Planning and Economic Department (February of 2006). She still works there, at the same position.

Ayzhan Zhusupova

She was born in the village of Severnoye, Irtyshsk area, Pavlodar region, in 1986.

In 1993-2004, she studied at the local Secondary School No. 1 and finished it with good marks.

In 2004, she won a state educational grant and entered an undergraduate program in Economics at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University. She had been a group leader since year one and taken an active part in the social life of the University.

Ayzhan has high academic and creative potential, is actively involved in academic and social life of the university.

She participated in the regional competition in Economics which was held in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk and was awarded the first place diploma. She is a regular participant of national and regional forums of young scientists. She participated in the Prometheus program as a project leader.

She was awarded twice by the Administration and teaching staff of S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University for academic excellence, achievements in research work and a significant contribution to improvement of the image of the University at the national level.

Besides, Ayzhan is a responsible person capable of working both individually and as a member of a team. She has good skills of working with computer. She is good at analytical work, has organizational skills, carries out her functional duties in good faith, shows respect to the orders from the Directorate and Department. She is respected among students.

Murat Magavyanovich Ospanov

He was born in 1967 in Alma-Ata. Graduated from Semipalatinsk Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, later studied at Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University, Bachelor of Accounting and Auditing; Master’s degree studies at S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University (Master of Economics).

From 1986 to 1988, he served in the Soviet Army.

He began his career path in the system of reclamation. From 1988 to 1991, he worked as a technician of the design department at the institute Kazgiprovodkhoz, engineer of the industrial engineering department, master of PMK-56 Semipalatinskmelioratsiya PSEO.

From 1991 to 2002, he worked in commercial structures. In 2002, he was appointed Deputy Akim of Semipalatinsk. From 2004 to 2008, he worked as Head of the Department for Public Procurement, Head of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Natural Monopolies in EKR. In 2008, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Natural Monopolies. From 2008 to 2010, he was Head of the Akim's Administration in Pavlodar region.

Deputy and First Deputy Akim of Pavlodar region (2010-2012).

Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies (since January 23, 2012).

He was awarded with the Kurmet order and medal commemorating 20 years of Kazakhstan's independence.
