An Open Day for prospective students from the schools of Lebyazhye area was held in the Concert Hall of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University on April 15, 2014.

The Dean of the Foundation Faculty, Candidate of Pedagogic Sciences, Associate Professor Ayzhan Kuderina made a presentation of the oldest higher education institution of the region, S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University. Ayzhan Kuderina also told about the programs offered by the University. She noted the advantages of studying at PSU and told about the application procedure and its deadlines.

This event was attended by Vice-rector for Academic Affairs of S. Dulat Zhumadilov, a third year student of the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Natural Sciences, shared his impressions of participating in the Academic Mobility program.

During the event, prospective students saw a video about Pavlodar State University.

It has already become a tradition for the best artists and creative teams of Pavlodar State University to give performances during the Open Days. Members of the Student Philharmonic of PSU, Jam modern dance crew, and Pavlodar Zhastar Kuramasy KVN team helped create the right atmosphere for this event.

Prospective students received consultations from the leading teaching staff members of the University, as well as detailed answers to all their questions.
