A meeting with representatives of the KEGOC branch "Northern IEN" took place at Toraighyrov University.

During the meeting, issues of enhancing the qualifications of young specialists, potential collaboration for internships, and future employment at the company, as well as the exchange of training programs for young professionals in specific areas of professional activity, were discussed among the students of the Faculty of Energy and the branch representatives.

"There is indeed a shortage of qualified personnel, and the interaction with the branch is aimed at improving the level and quality of training future specialists for the energy sectors of Kazakhstan," said Olzhas Talipov, Dean of the Faculty of Energy.

It is worth noting that courses for professional development are planned at Toraighyrov University for the staff of the KEGOC branch "Northern IEN".
