A presentation of the author’s course by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Yuri Kolesnikov “Law as a mirror image of social life”, which is part of conflict law and the law of cooperation, was held at Toraighyrov University.

 -  It is very useful to know what a conflict is, how it unfolds, what phases it goes through, and how it is resolved to find the right solution to a conflict.  This is the point of studying conflicts and this course,” noted Yuri Kolesnikov.

 The course includes 7 sections, such as an introduction to the general theory of conflict, conflict management, interpersonal and family, organizational and labor, religious conflicts and the main ways to resolve them, as well as the social and psychological foundations of intrapersonal conflicts.  The course is designed for 36 and 72 hours.
