A two-day training on "Personal Effectiveness in Teamwork" was held at Toraighyrov University. The speaker was Svetlana Baigalieva, a business trainer from Ambition company.

During the training, university employees discussed team checklists, employee performance schemes, and their levels.

"Time lies in the plane of personal effectiveness. About where to find it, how to free up more time for the main thing and set priorities, to get tools and techniques that increase efficiency," said ToU HR Director Anara Zhakysheva.

The training was organized by the HR department together with the talent management center to achieve team effectiveness.
