Achievements of the Department

1. By the decision of the Accreditation Board of Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) in 2014 2 educational programs of department: 5B0171600 "Instrumentation"; 6M071600 "Instrumentation" received specialized accreditation for a period of 5 years.

2. 4. In March 2014, students of S.Toraighyrov PSU showed a brilliant result at the VI Republican subject Olympiad among the universities of Kazakhstan, held in Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanov. Team of S.Toraighyrov PSU led by Talgat Sapargaliyevich Dosanov, associate professor of Physics and instrumentation department, took 1st place on the subject "Physics" among 11 teams of Kazakhstan universities.

3. In the first semester of the 2014-2015 academic year, scholarship of the President of Kazakhstan received the students: Kulumbayeva Gulden - 3rd year student of the specialty "Instrumentation", Lemeshenko Nikita - 3rd year student of the specialty "Physics".

4. One of the projects in the field of educational cooperation of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar state university and the National Research Tomsk State University, was the implementation of a joint double-diploma master's program in "Physics" (an educational program "Information Processes and Systems").

5. The Joint double-diploma  Programme between the S.Toraighyrov PSU and RI TSU is implemented under the Agreement and the Memorandum of Cooperation between the two universities since 2013. Thus, according to the joint double-diploma program are trained 3 graduates specialty 6M060400 - Physics.
