Over the years of the department's existence, more than 1,000 works have been published, including 10 textbooks, 24 monographs, more than 200 copyright certificates and patents.

- 73 publications in scientific journals recommended by the KOKSNVO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
– 27 publications in international cited journals (in the Scopus database),
- textbooks and teaching aids – 24 publications;

- in the materials of foreign conferences – 20 publications;
- There are 47 publications in the materials of domestic conferences.

Senior teachers of the department are Isabekov Zh.B., Yusupova A.O., Rakhimberdinova D.M., Kolesnikov E.N. (scientific supervisor, Doctor of Technical Sciences, prof. Novozhilov A.N.) successfully defended their PhD dissertations in the dissertation council at the NAO "Toraighyrov University" and they were awarded PhD degrees.
Currently, senior teachers Muratov A.T., Bektasova A.A. are studying at the doctoral program.
