Kuniyazov Kairbek Sadvakasovich candidate of chemical sciences, was born in 1943 in Novosibirsk region.In 1964 he graduated from the natural faculty of Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute, specialty "Biology and Chemistry".

From 1964 to 1965 he worked as a teacher of biology and chemistry at a secondary school in the village of Karasuk. From 1965 to 1966 he worked as a teacher of chemistry in the Polytechnic of Pavlodar city. From 1966 to 1991 he worked at Pavlodar Industrial Institute, holding the positions of assistant (1966-1970), senior lecturer (1974-1975), associate professor (1975-1984, 1989-1991), head of the Department of Chemistry (1984-1989), deputy dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Construction (1976-1978).

In the period from 1970 to 1974, he studied in the postgraduate program of the Kazakh Order of Red Banner of Labor State University named after S.M.Kirov.

He developed a number of methodical manuals, such as: Collection of laboratory works with elements of programmed control; Methodical developments for laboratory works "Determination of water hardness", "Preparation of standard and titrated solutions", "Inorganic binders", "Properties of limiting and unsaturated hydrocarbons".

Participated in the implementation of state budgetary (Methodological quality assurance of educational process, Mezhionic and intermolecular interactions in heterogeneous systems) and contractual topics (Integrated use of coal shale of Maikuben and Ekibastuz deposits).

Participated in domestic and foreign conferences, has publications in the direction of catalytic reduction of nitrobenzene, research of adsorption properties of mtilon T, purification of waste water from mercury and its compounds of Pavlodar chemical plant shop, protection of chromium-nickel steel parts by galvanic method from non-cyanide electrolyte.

He was awarded with the diploma of the regional executive committee, was marked with gratitude of the Minister of Higher and Middle Specialized Education of the KazSSR, rector of the institute. For successes in socialist competition was listed on the Board of Honor of Pavlodar Industrial Institute.
