Kirov, in 1954 graduated with honors diploma (red diploma), major "mathematics". Working career: A teacher, senior teacher at the

State Pedagogic Institute named after Gorky (Uralsk city,

1954-1959); head teacher of educational department in

a secondary school of Galkinsky region, Pavlodar oblast;

senior teacher, associate professor, department

chairman, dean of physics and mathematics faculty at

Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov and

at Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute. Professor of

Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov,

Honored Dean (1960-2012).

Academic degree, titles: Ph.D in Physics and Mathematics, in 1967 entered postgraduate training study at the department of the Theory of functions of the Ural State University named after Gorky (1967).

In May, 1969 successfully defended the dissertation of the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. In accordance with the decision of the Highest Certifying Commission of the Ministry of the higher and secondary education of the USSR, in October, in 1970 was awarded an academic status of the Associate Professor. In accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov was awarded the title of the Professor (1997), the Honorable Dean of Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov (2007).
