The Department of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan  at Toraighyrov University together with the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan of the Pavlodar region held an online international scientific and practical conference "Independent Kazakhstan in the flow of history" dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The conference was attended by representatives of state bodies, scientific and expert community, ethnocultural and youth associations, university teachers, school teachers, students, Master's degree, doctoral students from the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and Poland.

The deputy akim of Pavlodar region, deputy chairman of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of Pavlodar region Aizada Kurmanova and a prominent political and public figure, doctor of economic sciences, professor, Honorary chairman of the departments of the APK Anatoly Bashmakov made a welcoming speech.

Based on the results of the discussion, the participants proposed to revive the dialogue platform "Birlik, edinstva, kz", to introduce wider experience in ethno-entrepreneurship, mediation and ethno-volunteering, to introduce educational courses "Kazakhstan model of peace and creation", "Kazaktanu", "Serving society", "Ethnopolitical processes in  modern world ", tested and included in the educational process by other departments of the APK of the republic's universities, as well as to create a research laboratory to study the sphere of interethnic relations" in the structure of the Association of Departments, accumulating the scientific potential of the departments of the APK in regions.
