At Toraigyrov University, the industrial zone "SEZ TOU", where ten production workshops for the production of mini-boats and ecotrimaranes, foam gas blocks, the production of liquid soap and antiseptics, a workshop for the production of structural insulating panels operate was shown to the minister.  Innovative projects developed by staff and students of the university were presented to the guest.

 - I liked the innovative hub at Toraighyrov University.  There are ideas for cooperation, - said Bagdat Mussin. - We allocate funds for the creation of various types of ecosystems, now we are closely cooperating with the Karaganda region, we allocate money for them so that the start-up industry can be developed in the region.  Next year we agreed that this money will also be directed to Pavlodar region, in Pavlodar there are still many areas where digitalization needs to be developed. Akimat of Pavlodar has all the groundwork to quickly, in a year and a half, complete these projects and be in the forefront of "smart digital cities".
