A round table dedicated to the discussion of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Growing welfare of Kazakhstan: increase in income and quality of life” was held at S.Toraighyrov PSU. Representatives of the department of internal policy of Pavlodar region and teachers and students of the department “Pedagogy and Psychology” took part in the discussion.

At the round table, they discussed the importance of adoption of the Law “On the status of the teacher” next year, as well as the school psychologists training.

The head of the department of “Pedagogy and Psychology”, candidate of pedagogical sciences A. Kudysheva, noted that the department does a great job in training future specialists.

- The new status of the teacher will increase the importance of this profession in the Kazakhstan professional atlas. Our department has developed a united psychological and pedagogical module in Pavlodar State University that covers all the pedagogical specialties of our university, says A. Kudysheva.

The module will include a special course on deontological readiness for pedagogical activity, that is, the moral readiness of future teachers to work at school, as well as a number of inclusive education that prepares future psychologists and teachers in educational institutions, which is relevant now.

Also, according to the head of the department, the disciplines “Preventive actions of suicidology and conflictology”, the purpose of which is to prevent conflicts and suicide among children and “Juvenile psychology” is the prevention of deviant behaviour of children are introduced.
