A solemn presentation of the book “Tuazhat” by the Candidate of Juridical Sciences, professor of the Law Department of S.Toraighyrov PSU, a corresponding member of the International Academy of Informatization (IIA) Serik Bastemiyev took place in the scientific library named after S.Beysembayev.
He is an author of three monographs and two textbooks, over 40 scientific articles on the problems of criminal law and the history of the state and law.
In this monograph the processes of formation, development and disintegration of the states of the Middle East, as well as the history of the dynasties of the rulers of Central Asia, Iran and Turkey are considered from the point of view of “Zheti ata” (“seven ancestors”).
According to S. Bastemiyev, all the khanates of the Kaganates arose suddenly, existed for 200-400 years, after which they suddenly disappeared. To understand the causes of this phenomenon in the monograph “The Syndrome of the Eighth Generation” the author put forward a hypothesis that, as a result of a major study, was confirmed.
The essence of this syndrome lies in the fact that the seventh generation of the dynasty has a war for the throne, on the principle of “all against all’. The state disintegrates, and the new eighth generation creates several independent states or the dynasty dies. A new leader appears and the story of the next dynasty begins.
The book is intended for students, Master’s degree students and doctoral candidates who conduct scientific research in the humanities, and for all who are interested in the history of the countries of the Arab world and the Turkic dynasties of rulers, as well as the traditions of state construction of the countries of the Middle East and the Middle Asia, including Kazakhstan.
