Teachers of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University became winners in the competition for conferment of title “The best teacher of the higher education institution”.

The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan was the organizer of the contest.

Teachers of higher educational institutions of the republic, having a continuous scientific and pedagogical experience of not less than five years, took part in the competition.

This year the winners of the competition are: Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor Petr Bykov, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Physics and Instrumentation Nurlybek Ispulov, Ph.D., Associate Professor Aliya Aldungarova, Candidate of chemical sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Mechanics and Oil and Gas Engineering Gaini Seitenova, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Philology Nazira Shakhmetova, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Kazakh Language and Journalism Bakhytgul Kapasova. 

The contest “The best teacher of the higher education institution” provides an opportunity to realize creative potential and expand international cooperation, and also promotes professional development and professional retraining of specialists in accordance with the requirements of international conventions on new areas of science.

In addition to the awarded title, the winners were awarded a grant, which gives as opportunity to continue their scientific research and to pass a foreign internship at the leading universities of the world with a view to conducting scientific research and further training.

In addition, the winners will be able to participate in international, republican scientific conferences, symposia, congresses, seminars on the topic of scientific research during the year, on the organization of the educational process, which promotes the implementation of joint projects and the exchange of experience between scientists and specialists in various fields of education.
