Students of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University completed an internship at the training center of the Academy of Agriculture "DEULA-Nienburg" (Germany).

The internship gave students of Pavlodar State University the opportunity to get acquainted with the agronomical and livestock breeding complexes of Germany and features. 

Since 2013 the university has been working closely with the training center, where the children master the latest technologies of modern agribusiness, get acquainted with the latest models of agricultural machinery.

The selection was very serious. Twenty people were selected from among all those who wished to participate in the first stage. The second stage was conducted by specialists from Germany, leaving only seven applicants. Foreign employers took into account several factors: stress resistance, knowledge level, efficiency, commitment to results, and of course, second-language skills.

- Our students were able to present themselves well. While trainees from other countries were deselected because of non-compliance, three of us were offered to stay in Germany to work. We worthily presented our university, confirming the high level of knowledge, even conducted master classes for local specialists. They are waiting for us there, they are interested in our knowledge and skills, - a student Diana Muratkhan shared.

Also, students were able to assess the state of the agrarian sphere of Germany, to learn the careful attitude to the soil, to work with the latest technical developments, including computerized management.
