The "Modernization 3.0" discussion was held at the international scientific and practical conference within the framework of the "Rukhani zhangyru" program on the day before at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University,

The conference unified more than 200 scientists, civil servants and students, as well as NGO representatives.

The deputy akim of the city Sayan Mukanov focused on the project "Sacred geography of Kazakhstan", studying the sights of his native land.

Roman Aizman, head of the Department of Anatomy, physiology and life safety, Doctor of Biological Sciences, professor of Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University, presented his report on the education of the future to the participants.

In her speech, Doctor of History, Professor of the Department of History of Kazakhstan Laura Zhusupova spoke about the role of the great thinker, historian and poet Mashkhur Zhusup Kopeyev in the "modernization of consciousness" of the future generation.

Discussions continued on five panel sections.

At the end of the conference, recommendations were adopted on the formation of a pool of experts and scientists for writing a four-volume textbook on the history of Pavlodar region. Fundamental scientific work will be created within the framework of the "Tugan zher" program, coinciding its publication with the 80th anniversary of the region.

It is worth noting, that within the framework of the "Rukhani zhangyu" state program in Pavlodar State University the following areas of work are being implemented:

An active research work is carried out by the scientific centers of the university. Archaeological research is being carried out on the “Borly” complex, objects of sacred geography of the Bronze Age near Sabyndykol are under study.

A new educational direction with such disciplines as "Mangilik el", " History and Historiography of Pavlodar Priirtyshye / Shezhirer", "History of the region in the faces", "Enlighteners of Pavlodar Priirtyshye" was introduced.

For example, within the framework of the project "Sacred geography of Kazakhstan" on the specialty of the magistracy "Information Systems", the theme "Development of a mobile application of sacred tourism of the Pavlodar region" was introduced. Based on the results of this work, an online application of sacral tourism of Pavlodar region for iOS and Android will be developed.
