Within the framework of the execution of instructions of the Head of the State issued at the 7th Congress of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan to conduct legal education among the population, the chairman of the judicial division for criminal cases of the regional court E. Zhangazin, the judges of the regional court P.Afanasiadi, B.Tishtybayev hold a lecture for students and teaching staff of the Faculty of Public Administration, Business and Law of S.Toraighyrov PSU.

The lecture was preceded by a sightseeing tour of the university, during which the judges visited the start-up academy and coworking center, got acquainted with the materials of archaeological research of A.Margulan's scientific center, and also the exhibits of the museum dedicated to the creativity of “Dos-Mukasan” music band, also guests appreciated the creative corner of the university. 

The guests, together with the rector of the university Doctor of Political Sciences, professor Aryn Orsariyev took part in the action on planting the territory of the university.

During his speech, E.Zhangazin noted that over the past two years, all the tasks of reforming the judicial system in execution of the supremacy of statute law of the Plan of the Nation assurance were realized, he told about all innovations in the jurisdiction and record management: transition to a three-link system of administration of justice, creation of a specialized judicial collegium on  investment disputes, the implementation of IT technologies in the judicial system, the creation of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court, and others.

 In addition, E. Zhangazin, emphasizing the attention of youth to Nursultan Nazarbayev's program article "Looking into the Future: Modernizing Public Consciousness", stressed that the Head of the State calls on every citizen of the country to form a new model of consciousness and thinking open to continuous learning, studying foreign languages, to be "culturally open", which will ensure the Kazakhstani nation to be competitive.

Judge P. Afanasiadi paid attention to the innovations of the Civil Procedure Code. He informed that the current CPC greatly simplified the work of the judges: the stage of preparing the case for trial has been improved, the list of requirements for rendering a court order has been expanded, and alternative measures for arrangement of a conflict have been developed.

Judge B. Tishtybayev told about the changes concerning criminal legislation. He acquainted the audience with the new system of selection of candidates for judges, the main provisions of the new Code of Judicial Ethics.

Then the judges continued the meeting in question-answer format, during which the future lawyers got full answers to their questions.
