The first regional contest-festival for the grant of the rector of PSU "PSU VOICE" among pupils of 11 classes of comprehensive schools was held at S.Toraighyrov PSU.

In the final 15 contestants surprised everyone with the breadth of their range, demonstrated a skilful ability to control their timbre, astonished and won everyone with soulfulness of their performance, gave energy and a positive message.

The jury strictly assessed not only the vocal data, but also the technique of performance, and the level of artistry. So the jury awarded three third, three second, two first places and a grand prix.

The third place was taken by Ansat Topanov, as well as charming girls Moldir Maybas from Bayanaul district and Zhusupbaeva Asel from Ekibastuz. The intonational purity and evenness of sound ensure an honorable second place to Aysha Gayniakhmetova, Tatiyna Mikhailova and Aidana Kurasheva.

The star of the evening and the owner of the grant of the rector on the specialty "Musical education", undoubtedly, became a pupil of the lyceum school №10 named after Abay for the gifted children Alua Zhaukenova. The beauty of the voice, high culture of singing from the very first stages of the competition distinguished Alua.

An interesting musical project resulted in a wonderful festival and opened a lot of bright talents. All the contestants were awarded in individual nominations, received a lot of unforgettable impressions and devoted spectators.

According to the teacher of the Department of Performing Art, Zhanel Abdalimova, the contest allowed to make a control cut-off of the creative potential of a new generation of future singers of Kazakhstan, who in the coming years will appear on the stages of the country and abroad.
