Students of S. Toraighyrov PSU became prize-winners of the International Subject Olympiad among students of agricultural specialties of higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.

The Olympiad was organized by M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan University. 

In the Olympiad took part two teams from Pavlodar state university: on the specialty "The technology of production of livestock products" Aida Nurpeisova, Smail Altyn, Temirkhan Aigerim, the head of the team is the deputy dean of the Agrotechnological faculty, PhD of Agriculture, Uakhitov Zhastlek, and the team on the specialty "Agronomy" was presented by Fatkullina Nurgizat, Nygmetulla Akylzhan, Muratkhan Diana, the head is the master Urumbayev K.A.

Students defended the honor of university among the eighteen teams of participants from higher education institutions from six cities of Kazakhstan and four cities of the Russian Federation.

So, on the specialty "Technology of production of livestock products", students took 1st place in the team event among 8 teams in this specialty. In addition, a student Aida Nurpeisova showed brilliant results and won the Grand Prix of the competition. In the individual event, Smail Altyn distinguished herself, by taking first place. 

Participants of the specialty "Agronomy" in the team event took the honorable third place, and in the individual event - the student Muratkhan Diana was awarded the first place.

"Participation in such kind of intellectual competition makes it possible to select and identify the most talented students. With the help of the Olympiad you can see and understand how person is motivated. Olympiad tasks in both rounds were very difficult, but our students managed to win the victory podium", - Zhastlek Zhumabayevich noted.
