Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bektas Beknazarov arrived at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar state university to explain the Message of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan "The third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness", and highlights of the President’s address of the Head of State, regarding the redistribution of powers between branches of government.
The meeting was attended by the university administration, deans of faculties, heads of departments, graduate students and students of S.Toraighyrov PSU.
In his speech Bektas Abdykhanovich said that the Message of the President to people of Kazakhstan - is an unprecedented document, which poses new challenges for the whole of our society.
"The state of the economy allows to overcome the difficulties that exist now, also the entrance in the thirty the most successful countries in the world is possible. Kazakhstan has already entered in the first fifty and now the main thing is to hold down the positions".
Speaking about the main points of President’s address of the Head of State, Bektas Abdykhanovich said that the reform will increase the responsibility of the Government and the entire system of executive power, will assure the strengthening of accountability to Parliament and Maslikhat. More than forty powers of the Heads of State will be devolved to the government.
The meeting was held in the format of a constructive dialogue, where participants had the opportunity to ask the questions. In general, the audience noted that the changes in the Constitution which are written into the Message and President’s address of the Head of State, will have a beneficial effect on the development of the country.
In addition, the tour of the university was held for the guest. Become acquainted with the Start-Up Academy of university and working projects, Bektas Beknazarov noted that it is a completely new approach to the training of students, which corresponds to the mood of the times. After the meeting, young businessmen presented the products made within the framework of the “Alau” and “Tafella” projects to the guest.
