The round table on "The historical and international importance of the December rebellion of 1986 in Kazakhstan", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the December events was held at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar state university.

Addressing the audience, the deputy akim of Pavlodar region Meyram Begentayev said:

These constitutional principles determined the content of youth slogans on the demonstration in Almaty in December 1986. December events in the history of Kazakhstan played a positive role in general because they contributed to the development of national self-creation ", - says Meyram Mukhametrakhimovich.
