On August 6, 2016 the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerlan Sagadiyev with a working visit came to S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar state university.

The visit began with the opening ceremony of the laboratory "Refining processes and nanotechnologies", established under the SP IID-2, in cooperation with LLP "POCR".

As part of the PPP company LLP "Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery" was made full repair of laboratories and classrooms of the University in the direction of "Petrochemistry". Obtained laboratory equipment consists of 11 units.

Besides, during a working meeting Yerlan Sagadiyev visited the recently opened Start-up Academy. Director of the Academy Arnagul Burkut told distinguished guest about the trends that allow the university to become a full entrepreneurial university.

Startupers presented their business models and talked about the upcoming World Cup Enactus 2016 in Toronto (Canada), where the team of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University will defend the honor of Kazakhstan.

Also Yerlan Sagadiyev got acquainted with the innovative developments of S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar state university in electric power and IT-technologies.

As well, Yerlan Kenzhegaliyevich addressed the teaching staff of Pavlodar region. The main theme was trilingualism. The plan of the Ministry is to create conditions and to train about 500 thousand children the state language within three-four years

.Also it was presented the innovations that will be introduced in every school of the country. It is electronic diary "Kundelіk" that will release teachers from paperwork, as well as facilitate access for parents to scores of students and the site “Bilim Land.kz” for preparation for the UNT and other exams.

The participants were able to get answers to the most pressing issues for teachers from the "first-hand".

Summing up his visit to S.Toraighyrov PSU, Yerlan Sagadiyev emphasized that Pavlodar region on the right has the status of a leading region in education and among the top three on the quality of schooling.
