The program "Mentoring in ToU" continues its work.

In January this year, on the initiative of the Center for Talent Management of HR Services of the University, within the program "Mentoring in ToU" the professional development courses "Development of subject competencies of university teachers in the fields" were organized.  The lecturer of the course is certified critical thinking coach Tina Manyapova, professor of the Department of Trilingualism. 

 Young and beginning university teachers with up to one year of experience were invited to attend the courses.  The course focuses on the development of technological and digital competencies of lecturers, which facilitates faster adaptation of young professionals in the educational space of the university.
