Toraighyrov University hosted "Decentrathon 2.0" - the largest IT event in Kazakhstan with a prize fund of $50,000 and a virtual job fair.

Participants tackled challenges in areas such as AI, Blockchain, GameDev, and Telegram mini apps. In addition to the competitions, there was a virtual job fair that provided a unique opportunity to connect directly with leading companies and learn about career opportunities both in Kazakhstan and abroad.

"Decentrathon 2.0" is poised to become a significant event in the technology world, significantly surpassing the scale of the first hackathon, which last year brought together over 1,500 participants from nine regions. This year, the event is expanding to 17 regions, including major cities such as Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda, as well as regional centers like Pavlodar, Uralsk, Taraz, Aktobe, Atyrau, Kostanay, Petropavlovsk, and others.

The hackathon's prize fund of $50,000 not only serves as a substantial incentive for participants but also as an excellent opportunity to support promising projects. The virtual job fair will allow developers and IT specialists to connect directly with recruiters and hiring managers from the country's largest companies, present their projects, and receive job offers. The hackathon is open to all developers, game developers, AI engineers, regardless of experience and knowledge level. It is a great opportunity for anyone looking to test their skills in creating innovative solutions and contribute to the development of technology in Kazakhstan.
