"A lot of work is being done in the social and infrastructure direction. At the same time, the task of improving the quality of education remains paramount. We have prepared a draft national report. Its goal is that we must move from the paradigm of organizing education to the paradigm of forming personality development. A holistic approach will help to form continuity and continuous learning. It is important that rectors and vice-rectors, who have improved their competencies through this program, now pass on their knowledge to middle management," Duisenova noted.

It is worth noting that nine modules were completed over nine months. Each meeting of the leaders was devoted to different processes of transformation in the university, such as the values of universities, leadership, the revision of the university structure, student issues, and ensuring the quality of academic programs. As part of the course, rectors and vice-rectors listened to lectures by national and international experts in higher education, representatives of ministries, and deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. They worked in groups, solved practical tasks, and shared their experiences and cases about the work done at universities.
