A meeting  between the rector of the university and the personnel reserve was held at Toraighyrov University.

 Chairman of the Board Yerkin Sadykov delivered a welcoming speech:

 - Today, we gathered together with representatives of the personnel reserve of Toraighyrov University.  These are the ToU employees who could potentially join the university’s management team in the future.  It was nice to communicate with colleagues who care about the fate of the university and the higher education system as a whole.  ToU has been working on forming its own personnel reserve for several years.  We are confident that the development of a university should be carried out by people who have worked in its team for a long time and have the appropriate competencies.
 An analytical questionnaire was conducted on additional competencies such as teamwork, leadership skills, management skills, emotional intelligence, and negotiation skills.
 “In these areas, we are going to develop and upgrade the personnel reserve free of charge,” said Anar Zhakisheva, director of the HR service.

It should be noted that the first training is devoted to such an area as teamwork, for this purpose a business trainer will be invited - coach Svetlana Baygalieva, who is currently giving a course of lectures for MBI.

 Working with the personnel reserve at the university has been ongoing for three years and has already produced results.
