Participants of the round table at Toraighyrov University honoured the memory of Zauresh Akhmetzhanova, Doctor of Philology, Professor, Academician of the International Academy of Sciences of the Higher School,  in honor of the opening of the exhibition “Ustaz aty – biik ari mangilik” at Toraighyrov University.

- She was a truly outstanding person who was dedicated to the study of languages ​​and tried to reach perfection in this.  Not all scientists are as well versed in their field as Zauresh Kanashovna.  That is why she was able to reach such heights and gain great prestige among her colleagues and like-minded people, - said Rector Yerkin Sadykov.

 With her works, Zauresh Akhmetzhanova made an invaluable contribution to the development of knowledge about languages, she was an outstanding specialist in the field of lexicology, stylistics, sociolinguistics, cultural linguistics and methods of teaching the Kazakh and Russian languages.

 Scientists, linguists, and philologists gathered at the "round table".
