A solemn signing of an agreement on cooperation with private bailiffs of Pavlodar region took place at Toraighyrov University.

The document signing ceremony was attended by ToU board member for academic issues Petr Bykov and the head of the regional chamber of private bailiffs Dauren Isabekov.  The memorandum provides for cooperation in the training of personnel for further work in the chamber of private bailiffs 

 - We decided to start with universities so that our future staff would understand what judicial execution is and how it works.  In our work, rather difficult processes are considered, for example, eviction from a housing area.  From year to year, the volume of cases coming to us increases, thereby increasing the status of a private bailiff.  If three years ago we considered 180 thousand materials, now it is 320 thousand judicial acts for execution, - said Dauren Isabekov.
