A meeting of the expert club on the topic "Address-2022: new development trends" was held at Toraighyrov University.

The meeting was organized on the initiative of the Institute of Socio-Political Research and the State Institution “Department of Information of Public Development of Pavlodar Region”.
The meeting was moderated by the candidate of political sciences, professor Ildar Kaliev.  Presentations on the development of new trends were made by senior researchers of the Institute, candidates of historical sciences, Professors Murat Suleimanov and Aigul Turlybekova, as well as researcher, Master of Social Sciences Boris Polomarchuk.  At the end of the meeting, explanations were given on all areas of the Address of the Head of State.
