A teacher today is more than just an educator.  To understand and work with today's young people, he needs to keep up with them.  The teacher needs to be more creative in presenting educational material and feel the "mood" of the younger generation, to be on the same wavelength with him.  At the same time, the teacher should not only give knowledge, but also develop critical thinking in pupils and students, new skills that can be useful to them in life.

Who, if not a teacher, can see the child's talent and let it "grow" into something more.  Sometimes he has to be a friend, and sometimes even a second parent.  For a reason each of us remembers, even many years after school or university, one or more of his teachers.

On the eve of Teacher's Day, we would like to sincerely thank all our mentors for their noble work.  It depends on them what each subsequent generation will be like, whether it will be able to compete on the world stage.  It turns out that it is the teacher who determines the future of the country.  Therefore, we must respect the teacher, his requests and interests.  Congratulations, colleagues!  Win and never change yourself.  Remember that  there will be no bright future without you.
