By the decision of the Academic Council, the General Director of the Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery  Ospanbek Alseitov was awarded the title of professor of Toraighyrov University and the jubilee medal of the university.

In addition, the director of the "Vista" training center Lyudmila Pak was awarded an honorary diploma for many years of fruitful cooperation.

 The rector of the university, Erkin Sadykov, noted that for many years, cooperation with Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery provides for integrated research work, practice and internships for Master's and Bachelor's degree students , as well as advanced training for both the faculty and employees of the enterprise.

 During the meeting, Ospanbek Baltabaevich added that the training of professional technical personnel for new installations built as part of the modernization of the plant is acquiring great urgency.  Experts of the Pavlodar Oil Chemistry Refinery conduct classes with dual students, take guidance on their course and diploma projects, together with university teachers update the programs of the field-oriented specialties.
