A  year-round training center for dual education of students was organized at “Pobeda” LLP in 2018.

After the leave of director Alexander Polyakov, the management of the enterprise, in the continuation of cooperation and in memory of him, established a personal scholarship.  In addition, they allocated three educational grants in agricultural specialties for new entrants who will subsequently work in these areas.
