A solemn meeting was held at Toraighyrov University with the participation of the First Deputy Head of the Police Department of the Pavlodar region Zhaskairat Kairov, the head of the local police service of  Pavlodar Arman Kaptaev, the dean of the Faculty of Economics and Law Yuri Kolesnikov, as well as university students.

The purpose of this meeting was the formation  of the Law Enforcement team within the walls of the educational institution, which included students who wish to become police assistants.

This team included 16 third-year students of the Faculty of Law.

First Deputy Head of the Department Zhaskairat Kairov congratulated the students and noted that joining the ranks of public assistants to the police is a worthy step, because now the students will help the police prevent crimes and administrative offenses, as well as monitor compliance with traffic rules.  This is especially important now, when the police work in the service model mode, where special attention is paid to the availability of the police to the population.

During the event, in a solemn atmosphere, the students were given certificates and badges of a public assistant to the police.

 - I decided to join the ranks of public assistants, because I believe that each person should contribute to the organization of public order.  Luckily, our department gave us that opportunity, which is kind of a great practice for us.  I think we will gain invaluable experience and new knowledge, as well as see from the inside how the police work, - said Rashid Kusainov, 3rd year student of Toraighyrov University.

At the end of the event, the dean of the faculty, Yuri Kolesnikov, thanked the police for their participation and expressed the hope that the entry of students into the Law Enforcement team would not only guarantee the strengthening of law and order on the streets of their beloved city, but also serve as an incentive in determining the choice of profession.
