For several years, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" has been compiling a ranking of educational programs of universities at the commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the country.

Ranking from "Atameken" is a new direction in the ranking of educational institutions, the purpose of which is to bring the academic world and the labor market closer for the most rational training of personnel.
The career prospects of a university graduate, the level of employment of graduates, the duration of the job search after graduation and the average salary, the number of practicing teachers, foreign teachers, and the accreditation of the educational institution expert assessment from employers are analyzed.
In the overall ranking among all the multidisciplinary universities in Kazakhstan, Toraighyrov University became the best in the areas - "Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Statistics", "Art and Humanities", "Social Sciences, Journalism and Information".
According to the data, 25 specialties entered the TOP-5 in the country, of which *nine* are in the TOP THREE: oil and gas business, metallurgy, transport construction, organization of transportation, traffic and transport operation, biology, ecology, tourism, livestock production technology, agronomy.
*Eleven* specialties are IN THE FIRST PLACE. These are design history, foreign philology, Russian philology, Kazakh philology. journalism, biotechnology, electric power engineering, mechanical engineering; standardization, certification and metrology.
The rating of NCE "Atameken" demonstrates that the university trains competitive specialists in demanded areas that meet the demands of the market. The need of employers for specific knowledge, skills and abilities, emerging new specialties and professions are the basis of educational programs.
